1 lb chicken breasts, cut into pieces  
4 oz cream cheese  
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded  
2 cups baby spinach  
2 cup broccoli florets  
1 tomato, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced  
1 tsp Italian seasoning  
2 tbsp olive oil  

1- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.  
2- Add chicken, season with pepper, Italian seasoning, and salt and sauté for 5 minutes or until chicken cooked through.  
3- Add garlic and sauté for a minute.  
4- Add cream cheese, parmesan cheese,spinach, broccoli, and tomato and cook for 3-4 minutes more.  
5- Serve and enjoy.
