2 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, cut in half  
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded  
1/2 lb bacon, cut into strips  
1/2 tsp paprika  
1/2 tsp onion powder  
1/2 tsp garlic powder

1- Preheat the oven to 400 F.  
2- In a small bowl, mix together paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.  
3- Rub chicken with spice mixture.  
4- Place chicken on a baking tray and top each with bacon piece.  
5- Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes more.
6- Serve and enjoy.
