Ingredients: 
8 oz cream cheese  
1 ½ tsp vanilla  
2 tbsp erythritol  
4 oz coconut oil  
4 oz heavy cream  

Directions:
1- Add all ingredients into the mixing bowl and beat using immersion blender until creamy.  2- Pour batter into the mini cupcake liner and place in refrigerator until set.  
3- Serve and enjoy.
