Ingredients:

Kibbeh from outside:
A kilo of soft burglar
 A kilo of meat lean (free of fat and grease) chopped on the machine
Salt, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, small onion (all to taste)

Amount of filling:
 Kilo minced meat
 4 large chopped onions
 Salt, pinch of pepper, pinch of hill, pinch of cinnamon

Direction:

1. Filling Method: Meat and bulgur are grinded with onions with special machine and returned
Process several times and add to the previous amounts a glass of water or whenever needed.

2. The dough rubbed well until smooth and soft.

3.Method of the inner filling: put a little oil and fry onions and meat until cooked
a little salt, pepper, cardamom and cinnamon.
