Very easy and delicious

Ingredients:

Chicken Wings
2 teaspoons soy sauce
 2 tsp starch dissolved in a little water
 Salt as desired
Sesame Oil
1/2 cup of soy sauce
Accompanying sauce
 2 garlic peeled and chopped
 little ginger
 little salt
 green onions
A few spoons of soy sauce

direction:


  • In a deep dish, place the chicken wings and two teaspoons of soy sauce and starch and salt.
  • Leave the wings in this mixture until they absorb the taste.
  • In a hot pan, put a little sesame oil, add chicken wings and half a cup of soy sauce and starch solution.
  • Leave on fire until it is leveled.

To prepare the accompanying sauce:

  • In a hot pan, place chopped green onions, garlic, ginger and salt and add to them a few spoons of soy sauce.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken wings and serve hot.
